|Join us to razzle dazzle the night away at our first birthday party, themed around light and visual interventions in the landscape, including street projections, tag tooling and shadow play. Bring your own light of any kind (beamer, bike light, lantern, torch) for a free drink (first 50 people) and to join in a mass installation! There will be: a silent disco, a sculpture on wheels, boutique lantern making, and talks by artists and researchers… all at The Brick Box’s beautiful south London market venue as part of the Unorthobox series, exploring abandoned and under-used spaces.Featured events are all related to the way in which light alters spatial storytelling, and include:

Hand Shadow Fables: ongoing workshop and performance by the hand shadow puppeteers Finger and Thumb –
LiveFeet: an experimental performance by dancers Jessica Sim and Mansoor Ali where sound and movement is captured and repeated through live video feedback.
